I just read on realgm that the bucks traded Mason and a first round pick for Magloire....

I always thought magloire was overrated. Good trade for the bucks tho..

Not bad for NO either. they get a decent young player, a pick and get rid of a malcontent..

They trying to get bigger because everybody's fearing the Knicks super front court. Eddy, Jerome, AD, Malik, Lee, Butler and Frye about to terroize the East. Everybody needs help for these cats

I agree, although this may sound like we are seriously sipping the kool aid, I agree, the knicks have a formidable or what should be formadible front line...

wow, if that's true the Bucks have quickly become a top 5 team in the East in my opinion.

It's true, I just heard it on the radio--I live in Milwaukee actually.

I just checked the Bucks roster. They have Charlie Bell. They are stacked at guard. That's why they could afford trading Mason.

They must be disappointed in Bogut so far...

I don't think the Bucks are making the playoffs in the East this year, so they basically just gave up a lotto pick for Magloire.

Bogut was already on record a couple weeks ago saying he would be coming off the bench this year. I don't think he ever expected to start with the resigning of Gadzuric--I think it's good for him that he can develop and adjust at his own pace rather than being thrown out to slaughter.

How many two or three year college players who are picked number one over all don't start? Not saying it won't work for Bogut, but it's probably not a good sign. Like I said in another thread, I'm glad we got Curry instead of Bogut. If Curry was in this draft, he would have been the hands down number one pick.

The Bucs just spent a hell of a lot of money to re-sign Redd, and they also paid a hefty price on Simmons...They are thinking big right now. Overall, they will still be a sorry team..

Gotta give Vessey some credit on this one. He reported earlier in the week that they were trying to deal Magloire. And yesterday Byron Scott was dening it.
