All that turnover and Isiah and his followers will still be saying that it's Layden's fault when things go badly.

Yeah but this was best move by far, death to taxes and anyone who thinks Eisley belongs on a NBA court.

When Isiah Continues the positive trend of making us better, the pitifully pessimistic haters will nitpick about a piece of lint on his suit.

Do haters have anything better to do? Nope!

Soon we'll be able to add "Won NBA Championship" to that list in the next few years.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

The one trade that really sticks out and boggles my mind is the Nazr Muhammad trade. I totally don't understand that. We got Malik Rose for Muhammad? A back-up, undersized forward. That was insane.
NY KNICKS 4 EVER! Will we ever find players like Anthony Mason, Xavier McDaniels, Patrick Ewing again? I hope so.

Yes we traded a back-up undersized foward for a backup undersized foward and 2 #1 picks. Makes sense to me.

That wasn't the best trade but I think the Mo Taylor pick was even worse. And at least we got some draft picks with the Nazir trade.

But besides that you have to admit Isiah is doing his thing.

The only way Mo Taylor makes any sense is if he plays decently as a low post scorer off the bench. He is capable of that. But more specifically, if he plays well enough to allow us to use Sweets as a trade commodity. Because previous to the trade, nobody on the team could draw a foul or a double team from the low box.

As much as we all love JYD and some miss KT....those guys do not force the defense to rotate like Mo Taylor does when he gets it rolling in the post.

That said...yes, I fully understand his flaws.

over all ISiah gets an A for the draft. I would say B+ for this year and an A for last. Frye, Nate, Lee and Ariza with 8,21,30 and 40whatever is a hell of a good job.

His trades? I give him a C. I'm not sure he made a single trade that really made us better. I love Marbury but even thats debatable as far as money well spent. Moochie, TT, Nazr, Penny, JYD, Rose, Mo Taylor... lots of player movement, not sure how it really helped us, and some of it clearly didnt work. I will count Crawford (S&T) however, and Crawford, Q and Marbury are good players. Some good, some bad... overall C.

FA signings? F
Dermaar, Butler, Brewer, whatever... none of these guys have yielded anything so much as a Lavar Postell usefull 2 days when someone got hurt. 5 years for James? 2 years for Vin Baker? Am I missing anyone? Sorry, but he hasnt used his "charm" to lure anyone here and the guys that have come have been pretty bad. If you want to put Crawford in here the trade grade goes down and I will move this to a D. Crawford was a little expensive, and some are down on him and his upside. I'm not.. love the kids attitude and skills. Aside from JC, bad job by Isiah. One of those things where doing nothing would have been better.

Coaches: A
Scummy way to fire Chaney, Lenny was a BAD call, but those teams had so little going for them I could have cared less. Now will some guys actually worth working with Larry is huge and all past sins are forgotten.

I agree with you fish, only, I give him a b for the coaching and only because he hired LB, otherwise it was an F.

Also, with the FA signings, with no cap space, I kind of expect that to be a C or worst.

And since I liked the MoT trade, I have to give him a B for those...I like TT better than KVH, Q/Nate WAAAAY better than Kurt and Marbs is a no brainer (had to take penny, who, once again, I also like...remember chris rock as little penny?)

So, It's looking like he's gotten a B in his first 20 months...not too shabby. :p

you thought we would win the Atlantic going away last year with 50 wins. Isiah farts and you think its a cool breeze, not exactly an unbiased view. Sorry if I could care less

Objectivly looking at the moves we made i would give IT a B-. But I would give him a B+ for the work he put in after inheriting a total mess he has expierimented and i believe we will be back in the thick of things this year.
Does my faith show? Go Knicks!!!

so far, the best move zeke has made was the hiring of larry brown

every other move was more of a struggle and it showed throughout the regular season....after February, fans couldn't wait for draft day

if all else fails, fickle fans can congratulate zeke for defeating "laydenism" ending the cold war in new york

No they won't because some of their crazy azzes want LayDownIsm BACK!

Fickle fans are meant to be exposed and trampled over by the boots of true and real Knicks soldiers... They are to be stomped into the very ground they desecrate.

Cold war in NY? Shells are flyin' and it's hot as hell up in here!
Fans suffering from heat stroke in the heat wave, hallucinating about Isiah like he has already failed so miserably... There are heated debates about Shandone making a comeback and chapters written about hateration-laced articles like "Top 10 worst FA deals this season", and so-called "fans" defend that madness on a premier Knicks board!

Oh, yes... It's hot as hell up in here.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!
