I am wondering why he isn't getting a little more interest on the open market. There have been a lot of singings that don't really make sense and although he is crazy and has no perception of reality he can still contribute.....

I am shocked that a team like the Lakers wouldn't have made him a two-year off by now?

Even a team like the nuggets who have an obvious need at the two

Has anyone heard any interest in Latrell?

i heard he's working at dunkin' donuts in the morning and loading trucks at ups at night.

if you're miami and you have the MLE to offer either Sprewell or Finley, who do you give it to?

He'd fit in with Phoenix.

I think its just going to take some time for him and a few others to find homes and let stuff (JJ, Amnesty) shake out.

Finley played a lot better than Sprewell last season and does not come with the baggage Spee comes with. I'd give the MLE to Finley ahead of Spree without hesitation.

I'll agree Finley is the character guy, but I think Spree has more juice left in the tank.

ONe more time, he turned down increduously 21mil over 3 years.

I only feel bad for his agents whom at least has some really good golf course stories to tell his buds about "this client of mine"!

Spree on the lakes? Only triangle offense he knows is offending *****!

SPree on a riles team? Could work, but how many bone heads you gonna take on?

Spree on PHX? Good fit!

SPree on the Nuggs? Good role model for Melo? Not gonna happen.

SPree on Nets? This gets interesting!

ON Detroit? Flip knows what he is getting. Lots of leadership there so I think he would behave!

And its almost comical for you to point to his great spinners and make a racial point at the same time. I have read editorials from the black community being critical of such a product like spinners that would measure an individuals status by the size of its rims! There are some that costs over 8 grand for set!

At the same time, we can say the same things about rednecks and monster trucks in all fairness, but I don't think that was the point.

Spree has completely turned into a jumpshooter, and it pretty much started the first year the Knicks really sucked. I look back and see that game when he scored 49 points against Boston in a loss, and it seems he went downhill from that point. I remember that very specifically, and it seems like the downfall was very dramatic. He had that one good year in Minny, but he was still mainly just a jumpshooter. He's be good in either Phoenix OR Denver for that sake, but remember, just b/c he's a jumpshooter doesn't mean he's a good one. Finley would be much much better for either team.

Good point Mauling. The Rockets could use him, I know they have TMac but that backcourt lacks alot of explosion, I mean David Wesley isn't really going to give opposing guards nightmares the night before. Team Spree up with TMac and Yao and you have a mix that, would give alot of opposing 2's and 3's defensive problems.

This is what readin the forum late after work will do to you, I had a dream that Spree was signed by us and it was broke out on the news when Spree went on some latenight show LOL.
