Till I saw this Summer League team. Wheres Randolph Moorris, Lucas Tischer, Kellena Azubuke and other good college players?

Aaron Miles is a pretty good player, but I'm surprised that we didn't make a better haul.

We have enough young guys going into the season and we dont have the roster spots anyhow.

Yeah but with the NBDL rule, it seems that at least 2 teams will share an NBDL team. So from the sounds of that, couldn't we have at least 6 players on an NBDL roster? That's why its a little dissapointing. I'm surprised there were very few local guys, like RIcky Shields...

Throw scrubs on that team so the draft picks can get as much playing time as possible.

The center Fuqua averaged 7.6 pts, 5.4 boards 1.9 blocks in about 20 mpg at Texas-San Antonio

Otis George was at the Bynum workout, and I think we personally worked him out at least once.

Miles should definitely make our NBDL team.

Yea I was looking forward to seeing Sweentey on the roster. Maybe he will be on the next summer league the play.

Yeah, didn't notice that right away. That's a little surprisng. We have a few power forwards we might want to get looks at though, and Sweetney probably doesn't need the summer league as much as he needs the gym...

Well, this is summer league, these guys usually never make it past preseason.

But I would have liked too see Matth Walsh and some 7 footers on the roster.

Either way, maybe IT offred but folks just did not come, its not up to him 100%
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

I think they want Lee to get the reps at 4, and maybe even get Frye some reps there. Sweets would take reps away from them.

Book it, the summer league championship is ours. Isiah said he wanted to get us a title, and now he's done it. Parade down Broadway scheduled for August.

That's gonna be some damn good summertime TV though. Hope MSG airs a bunch of games.

Despite what we think, the thought could simply be that Sweets doesn't need it.
If Sweets isn't going to be on the SL team and not working out with Aguire, let's hope Aquire atleast has him on some workout program for the summer.
