Said there were 3 centers tehy wanted...Bogut, Frye, Bynum in that order...woudl've been happy with one of the 3.

Loves Nate Robinson. Thinks he changes the tempo for 10-15 mins. Like Spud Webb. Gonna be a fan favorite...super athlete, great player.

Yes. Wanted to use the 21 pick to package to get the 10th pick from the Lakers and take Frye and Bynum!!!!!!!!!!!

At no.30 gave strong consideration to Taft. Went round and round on Lee and Taft. It hurt him not to take Taft. Really liked him as a person. Thinks he would've been very successful here with the Knicks coaching staff.

Took Lee instead becdause he's better right now. Ballmover, smarter, he's a winner. Great motor, great engine. Fits team. Complements frye. Finishes with both hands. Is a winner.

Quentin Richardson....believes they added 4 quality players last night. mentions they were 16-13 before Craw went down and they didnt recover from that. Q will help cure that. THinks they have 3 quality guards now.

Allan Houston is still an injured player for us. As far cutting him...that's a "private discussion." If back he is in the plans, but he is an injured player right now and you have to move on without him,

Moved Kurt b/c we're gonna be a young team...probably not as useful to us right now. Value is at his highest right now, that's why he moved him.

Q Rich can play 3 now, TT can play some 4 if needed. Lots of flexibility. Need one more shotblocker/spaceeater. Not enough length.

Can you trade Tim Thomas? Still have that flexibility. Thinks Tim will have a great year. Will come back and play how we think he can play.

Not sure what penny's status is as far as health. Might be a contract people are interested in...we'll see.

He is taking his time in the coaching search. Herb is doing a good job, participating in the draft, but he will continue to interview.

Coaching timetable: We'll take our time and be very diligent. Training camp is October. Right now Herb is doing a good job...helped in the draft. Had his hand in some selections. Right now he is the coach, but Zeke will go out and keep interviewing people. Want to take their time.
