Asked about being soft.....says that West coast big guys have that bias because of their ability to shoot from the perimeter. Says he's a skill player.

Asked about the Arizona meltdown vs. Illinois. Says it was a young team, sometimes it doesnt go right. Maybe he should've done and something stepped up. Illinois hit their 3's and Zona was cold. Channing says he tried to battle it out, left himself on the court that night.

Thinks the knicks have the talent, Zeke is putting the pieces together...liked their draft.

Loves nate robinson...a warrior. A player you hate to play against if you dont want to work hard for 48 minutes.

Just listened to the interview as well. I gotta admit, he sounded pretty good there. I haven't been too high on him so this is the kind of thing that will help him. He even droped some humor. His personality will certainly help sell him to Knick fans.

Of course, his performance on the court is what is going to matter most, in the end.
