I love everything on that list, but if I had to choose only one it would have to a good meatball hero. Pretty funny when I order one in the South here they always ask me if I mean a sub. Coming from NYC with Italian heritage call a hero a sub always sound weird to me.

Of all the foods on that list I grill burgers the most. I like to keep it simple. I chop up a red onion and mix in salt, Peter and garlic powder. After I make the burger patties, I coat them lightly with mustard and add a little extra pepper and garlic powder on the outside. I prefer American cheese on a burger and use either Chicago rolls or a kaiser roll although potato buns are pretty good too. Topped with iceberg or butter lettuce, fresh tomatoes and dill pickle. The mustard coating really locks the juice in.

One of the sides I make are my crack potatoes. I cut petite spuds or any small potatoes in half, coat them in olive oil and mix them in a bowl with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary. I take a baking pan and put pads of salted butter and brown sugar then add the potatoes face down. I put them on the smoker until the middles are soft and the outside skin is glazed and crispy

Had this over the weekend served at a restaurant:
A rabbit and lamb farce roulade combines deboned rabbit meat, ground lamb stuffing (farce), and a rolled-and-tied cylinder shape.

It was amazing!

You know what kinds of foods are cylinder-shaped?

The best kinds!

You are way more adventurous than I am when ordering at a nice restaurant. I don’t try new things as much as I should. We were in Peru last year and I absolutely refused to even try guinea pig

I feel like the poll is incomplete... enchiladas, shepherd's pie, stuffed peppers, bolognese, stuffed peppers, empanadas, dumplings, moussaka, kofta, kibbeh, dirty rice... these are some of the other ones that come to mind
