Dolan has offered to Oak to be back in "The Knick Family".
The tickets, the perks and all that comes with it. But he has to drop his lawsuit.
I don't recall what Oak is asking for. An apology? Money?
Dolan contends Oak was intoxicated. Oak says it was slander.
It was an awful situation one where Oak was yelling at Dolan and he had him forcefully removed.
Neither side really comes out looking good. Dolan looked bad as the evil lord of MSG (it is his house) and Oak who has had issues with bouncers in Vegas, was thrown out of a casino, and got let go as assistant coach by Hornets. By most accounts he was out of line and defiant when asked to chill. "Touch me and see what happens".
I have no idea if he has the leverage/Attorney Talent to succeed in winning his lawsuit. Lets keep it simple, say it's a 50-50 proposition if they even go to trial. Most suits don't. They either get dropped or settle out of court.
