I like KThomas starting because of his defense, rebounding (just as good if not better on the defensive end), and his mid range game.

Plus I like a Sweetney + Baker combination in the second unit.

Sweetney definitely!!!

He's younger, stronger and it will be the only way for him to blossom as a premier Power Forward in the NBA. Plus he's a #9 pick.

But, yeah, I give the nod to Sweets. If by any chance Kurt actually is the better player, I don't think it is by much. Starting this season in my mind would put Sweetney over the top.

I want to see how they play in pre-season. However, I'm leaning toward Sweetney unless it looks clear in the preseason that Kurt's defense is still considerably ahead of Mike's.

Sweets' gotta get some burn. If he outshines KT in practice, then he deserves the starting role.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!
