Now that we have seen a few games, as if it wasn't clear before, we know sky is the limit. How good do you actually see him becoming? Less assume (and hope) he is a Knick his entire career.

KP will be a top 15 borderline, franchise, all star, starter, who will be out of the league...eventually. J/K. I believe the only thing that will keep Porzingis from being a franchise player is his health. KP has smarts, the drive, the prerequisite skills, and he looks like the kind of player who will inspire others to elevate their game. And we aren't talking about somebody else's draft pick for a change!

...He'll be the best Latvian to ever play in the NBA in this decade...I feel that I can say this with some confidence.

So if you're not talented enough to be a starter according to your poll, you're out of the league?

Aren't most top 10-15 players in their prime considered franchise players?

Good enough to have Tim Hardaway JR go down as one of the greatest Knicks of all time.

7'3" articulate 20 and a scoring machine who can board, play D, get to the line and is competitive. At 22 he will average 20/10. That's a star and in New York he will be a mega star as the media will ensure God status if they win 50 plus year in year out.

He has a lot of the attributes it takes to succeed at the highest level.

He already looking like he has a good chance of at least being the best player we've drafted since Ewing.

With Fisher as his coach? Doubt he will reach his full potential.

What has Fish done to hamper this kid so far? I think Fish showed courage starting KP when many didn't think the kid should start!!! Or do we just forget all that now that the kid is showing so much improvement this early?

I'd like to hear the two people who voted that he will be out of the league explain their position. Did you vote that way because you think he will be plagued by injuries to such a degree that he will have to prematurely end his career? I see plenty of reason to think KP will be a very solid 2-way player in this league so I'm curious why someone would think so negatively of his game.

Yeah, I would have to agree with this. I haven't seen any reason to think that Fisher's coaching will have any negative impact on KP whatsoever. He put KP in the right spot, surrounded by vets. Just because you yank a guy off the court when he gets into early foul trouble doesn't mean you're going to hamper his growth and development.

As long as Melo is around, KP is susceptible to morphing into Bargnani like play?

I agree Nix... terrible post TPercy, please elaborate how Fisher is holding him back, or anyone back. How does Galloway look? Does Fisher get credit for that?
