Nate, but that's accepting the consequences. Although he's doing great in Chicago, he's still a spark off the bench and his defense and posturing is still pretty bad.

I've lost my trust in JR Smith.

According to this article, we can offer 4 yrs, $21 mil. We have his early bird rights not full bird rights.

This is no question, Nate all the way,

he's cheaper and he does the same thing, plus he's friendlier than JR

JR, you never know, you just never know

Basically, the league will save Dolan from himself.

Thibs has Nate buy into the system. That is a most difficult task maybe the reason why Nate floated around for a few years. Nate saw that his foot was almost out the NBA door he finally changed his approach to meet team needs.

I started to post a thread like this right before the playoffs started, and even thought about yesterday, but my judgement is cluody since jr is in a funk, and the stupid susupension not to mention nates 27 4th quarter performence against the nets to force triple OT.

If Jr plays like we saw him play the last 6/7 wks of the season, then I stay with J since his coach and teammates love him, and the chemistry is good.. But on the flip side, nates a more willing passer and he is one of the quickest (we lack speed on this team more then anything) guards in the league and could flat out score from anywhere, I'm just not sure he can play with melo.

Blame Pringles for us NOT having N8. Blame our GM for letting him sit on his coach for so many months before Chicago picked him up when he'd have been a very cheap scoring option off the bench. He's much better than White.

He's not worth losing what JR gave us this year and the 2 aren't comparable since N8 plays the point. You'd have been better if the choice was between Prigs and the answer would be no to N8 if that was the case.

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

I think its more of being a product of whatever environment he's in. Same with Zach Randolph.

If we had been an organization worthy of respect when N8 was here, things might have been different with him but, the Knicks were a mess. You rarely get guys going nutty on a franchise that isn't in free-fall

This. Doc Rivers game up on Nate too. Different situation, different year, different player production.

that ^pissed me off. N8, go at a real player, not a fringe bench player like Novak who talks smack to NOBODY. You made your self look weak and even more foolish than you usually manage which really says something.
