Everybody knows the situation. Knicks need help on the bench. Most glaring needs are at guard and backup big. We did sign Martin, but even with him on board, until we get Camby back Tyson will need help. Rotating Stat, Tyson and Martin is ok, but you need another big. At guard, we need the best available because the need is dire.

What would you do?

Aaron brooks has been released by the kings- he played well for the rockets a couple of seasons ago. Never understood why he signed with the kings, it was a terrible fit for him and them.

even though id worry about sheed, kenyon, JR, delonte and NYC...all in the same sentence (LOL), id take my chances. hes still young 31 and he can ball!
Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

I vote for Brooks and cutting Kurt but West played with Kidd so there could be some guidance from him with West.

I picked donuts, but if we ain't gonna play White, why keep him?

If Sheed can play in the second round, keep him.

With both Shumpert (2G) and Stoudemire (PF) both (potentially) starting heading into postseason play, I believe our bench will fix itself. When healthy, we have one of the deepest/strongest benches around. Top 3 without question in regards to our bench ability.

C: Marcus Camby.
PF: Kenyon Martin / Kurt Thomas.
SF: Steve Novak.
2G: J.R Smith.
PG: Jason Kidd / Pablo Prigioni.

The key is for Camby to return healthy while Kidd regains early season form (which may need some rest moving forward for Kidd).

If Rasheed is able to return? Then we're fully loaded coming off the bench, but I love Kenyon replacing Rasheed as of right now. Just need Camby to return strong.

Brooks or Delonte would be great. I think the Knicks locker room is solid enough to handle Delonte.

Sheeds not gonna get cut
Knicksfan: Hypocrite league that fines players after the game for flopping but in the game and with obvious flopping they call the fouls.

I think you are right. Its a bit troubling that the Knicks also can't rely on Camby. Basically a 13 man roster if no one gets hurt.

Keep White. HE has been with the team for the entire season; plays well and hard; plays Defense and therefore fills a need. Is happy with his back-up role.
Rasheed??? - depends on KMart. If he starts playing well and fits in, then Rasheed could be let go, but only if we can pick up someone better.

As I stated earlier, I believe our bench can (and will) fix itself.

Now that we've replaced Rasheed Wallace with Kenyon Martin along with Marcus Camby returning come tomorrow? I really love our bench depth/talent/potential along with overall ability.

I have a strong feeling that come postseason play, we'll see Shumpert as our starting 2G along with Amar'e Stoudemire as our starting PF.

C: Marcus Camby.
PF: Kenyon Martin.
SF: Steve Novak.
2G: J.R Smith.
PG: Jason Kidd.

Pablo Prigioni, Rasheed Wallace and Kurt Thomas as our 11th, 12th and 13th men off the bench (If Rasheed is able to return).

That's onehell of a bench.

But as of right now it's...

C: Marcus Camby.
PF: Amar'e Stoudemire.
SF: Steve Novak.
2G: J.R Smith.
PG: Pablo Prigioni.

Kenyon Martin, Kurt Thomas and either White/Copeland as our 11th, 12th and 13th men off the bench.

Looking good. Looking good.

I'd still like to add McGrady or another guard.

I don't see Woodson and West getting along.

For this year I believe he is. Guys signed after March 1 can't play on the playoff roster.
