Who has the better chance of frustrating the likes of OJ Mayo's , D.Wade and J.Harden etc.. when defending from the Knicks roster.

I have to say Shump pre-injury, Ronnie Brewer is the guy who's healthy now and should have been placed on Mayo the other night. His offense wasn't up to snuff, so Woody had him sit most of the game against Dallas.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Brewer actually guards his man, not just the ball.

Shumpert is a solid ball denier and prevent guys from driving, but once a player has the ball, he can get lit up, and he did quite often last season.

He can guard Rose because Rose doesn't really want to shoot, just like Calderon.

But he got torched against Deron and Wade guys who actually can shoot without having to drive.

Shump, if he weren't injured. Have to go with Brewer right now. If Shump comes back at full strength than Shump.

Obviously Shumpert had rough moments last year but overall he's a rare commodity because he's going to be real good offensively too. He will only improve defensively if he can come back 100% or better though. If the Knicks trade him, that will be a damn shame.

Yea guns how could I forget Kidd ! Kidd and Brewer are more positional defenders using their experience Kidd more than Brewer.

Curious to see who Woody puts on Harden if he decides play out of his mind on the big stage tonight.

Shump. The guy has ridiculous footwork and hands. I think he intimidates some guys.

Right now I would say Brewer but Shump jumps ahead of him once he is back. Glad you included White. He played tough d the other night in New Orleans.
