He was 3rd team all nba and had an all-star season. He has never been an all-star, but i feel like he has deserved it the past 2 seasons. In the east he would be behind Howard (unless he gets traded out west) and players like Hibbert, Garnett (unless they consider him a PF), Horford, and Noah. What do you think?

Good chance... especially after DPOY and the crazy FG%.

And with better guard play and chemistry I wouldn't be surprised if he has a better year offensively.

Oh good lord... https://www.youtube.com/shorts/XkmGrX7O0lQ

The fact that he hasn't been an all-star shows the undervalue of defensive players. It's been mentioned here before, but Chandler is the best defensive player in the league and one of the most efficient offensive players. If you reverse that and look at the best offensive player in the league who is also a very efficient defensive player (whoever you consider to be this player), you are looking at one of the best players in the league without a doubt. On top of that Chandler is a center, which adds even more value.

I voted no. IDC about the all star stuff. This guy goes out and sweats his butt off, and cares! Just keep your play up and elevate it and the knicks will be fine. The all star game glitter is cool but im sure he doesnt sweat it. With his thinking im sure family time or down time is preferable at this point in his career.

Exactly; he has a more positive impact on the game than most "all-stars" do. The all-star game is just entertainment for little kids.

All-Star game doesn't matter much, but it's fun to have players represented and have the NBA as a whole consider them a top NBA player. I want our Knicks to be in that category. Chandler deserves it.
