Playa,
Don't worry about whom gonna get blame for whom. This trade may ELECTRIFY the current roster as Starbury adds a demension we have not seen in 27 years.
If KVH is not getting traded (I don't think his value has increased that much), then Isiah has to convince Steph that KVH is his friend. KVH can run and get out on the break. He can also post up most SF's, and that opens many many things up for Marbury to cut to the hoop, or allan to get some nice looks. If the D lapses, Mutumbo gets easy dunk.
KT becomes a slow liabilty with him and Mutumbo in the same lineup. Stro Swift would look better. How bout KT and anderson for stro and Battier? Lets get real, penny not reliable over the long term.
Chill out playa, Frank only looked good cuz the other two sucked so bad. We can trade Frank. I hate trading guys we rooted for and wished well on, but Isiah's gonna wheel and deal. We may be in a bigger mess in 3-4 years, but Dolan is telling you "don't worry, be happy". So bring your american express card.
If it don't work, then just sit back and kill yourself if PHX goes big in the lottery with our pick. Laydog benched his career on his dice trade, now Isiah is banking on this to work.
Steph has Isiah to teach him not just how to play, but can teach him to be a LEADER. Very few of the greatones were not that much better talent wise, but they had the PRESENCE and CHARACTER to lead, take blame, and help those around them. Starbury has the talent, has the stats, now he must focus not on the trappings of wealth, not on all the hangers on and family, but on the buisness of being the man in all areas.
Then, with a ring on his finger, he can own the city.
Interesting note: Starbury and Sam Cassell both were affiliated with the Bucks, Suns, Nets, and Timberwolves. Both have about the funniest looking heads in the game.
I think that head comes from playing in the polluted swamp out at the meadowlands!
