Season Opener. Been waiting all Summer for Knicks ball. There are going to be times during the game that I will switch over to the Yanks.

can you say dvr? I don't watch anything live, to many commercials. I'll start watching the the Yankees from first pitch around 9 and probably watch the Knicks game tomorrow....that is if there is a Yankee game tonight. What's the weather?

For me, I think I'm going to pull the same thing I did the other night with Yankees/Giants. Yankees on the 55inch and the Knicks on the projector.

do we really need a poll on this one? nyk - what kind of projector you got and how big the screen you blasting it on? i got this one (Panasonic PT AE3000U 1920 x 1080 LCD projector - HD 1080p - 1600 ANSI lumens ):

screen used to be 112 inches, now only 88....plus tv in bedroom is 57"

i know life sux right!

Clearly the yankees for me. Its not so much about the World Series vs. the season opener, but rather a model franchise vs. a dysfunctional one.

http://ATDHE.NET works pretty well if you want to go with the TV and laptop setup.

Hey, Jimi, how well does that thing work? Hows the picture on it? Was considering getting one...

panos my greek bretheren - it is FANTASTIC. the hd is crystal clear and the functionality is impressive. its got hdmi hook-up so i can plug it into my laptop (which has internal blueray) and play movies on the bigscreen. i bought it when it was around $2.5k, now looks like its around $2k so a bit of a savings there.

if you got more technical questions, just ask and i'll try to answer. overall, its a GREAT toy to have.
