Why is this a before the draft question? Why isn't this a 'right now' question?

Or course before the draft people are going to tend to want someone who they are more familiar with...someone who they personally have seen play.

before the draft i wanted randolph, alexander or gallinari. would have been happy with any of those 3.

I voted Gallinari out of spite. All I see is posts about other rookies by Briggs. Give the kid a chance Briggs, if he's a bust then it is what it is.

You'd think Knicks fans would have learned from the Weis draft that, what you draft is what you get, there are no do overs so stop living in a fantasy world of "what could have been." Dude deal with the reality. If Gallo turns out to be a bust than diss him all you want but its not going to get us your brooke lopez, or andrew bynum, or bayless, etc.

Before the lottery I wanted Rose or Beasley. After the slots were decided. I wanted Gallo. I always believe that you try to hit a homerun with pick 4-7 and select the player that you think has to most potential. In this day and age, any person with internet connection and time will be able to make an educated guess on a players potential based on the slew of information available. From what I read and clips that I saw, Gallo had the most potential of the players after Rose, Beasley and Mayo. I actually had Gallo tied with Mayo.

I think Bip implemented the ignore button already. You can use this so that you won't shoot yourself. I think it is a series of keys. Try ALT+F4. Bip, is this right?

I wanted Westbrook, Alexander or Love at the spot.
McGee and Randolph were long term projects at best, and if you want to wait 3-4 years for them you should just sign and trade for Blatche, who is and will probably be better than both.

Bayless is a 6'2 shooting guard from the pac10 and Lopez is a 7 footer from the pac10 who shot 47% and got 8 rebounds

I didnt have an opinion on Gallinari because I never saw him play

I wanted Rose, Beasley, Westbrook, Bayless, Randolph, Augustin, Lopez, Speights or McGee. Gallinari wasn't on my radar at all. I laughed at the Knick rumors because I thought that was so far off because of what Donnie said about getting the pick right. Thought those were smokescreen rumors. Oh my.
