GT5 is a glorified demo, COD world at war is multi-platform game and Socom is buggy as hell.

To be the best game for the ps3 I assume you'd want an exclusive. My favorite ps3 game is MGS4 and I like Resistance 2. Uncharted was fun too for a platinum game.

PS3 sucks amigo. You need that XBOX 360. Gears of War 2, Halo 3...the list just goes on

GT5 Prologue was highly disappointing because it's not a finished final game release... the graphics are awesome but the gameplay isn't nearly as good as Forza 2 on the XBox 360, plus the selection of cars is very limited.

Yea, but I mean, as far as 'demos' go, it has like, 80 cars, man. And online play. It's great fun.

DUDE I Just saw what you wrote! GRID is an AWESOME racing game, man. It's just balls out fun, whereas GT is a bit more serious. I had fun playing GRID when I rented it once, but what frustrated me about it was the lack of touring cars. There was only ONE frickin' race online with the touring cars; I'm not a big formula guy or anything, so it was frustrating. Which is one of the things I enjoy about GT- you can play with real world cars. It's interesting.

And 2k9 is def. the way to go, man. Glad you're not a Live guy.

As far as SF:Remix- THAT SHIT IS HARD, MAN!! I started playing single player, on expert, and I can only get past the first 2 guys. HOLY CRAP. Gimme some tips, dude!

yeah, i agree about GRID... the action is fun but the cars & modification options are limited... if u have a 360 definitely try Forza Motorsport 2... it blows away any racing game i've ever played... hopefully the full release version of Gran Turismo will live up to its hype but who knows when the hell that will be finished at this point.

in regards to SF2 HD remix, the computer executes impossible moves that can't be accomplished in real life (for example Guile gets you w/a standing blade kick sometimes when u play vs. the computer which is obviously impossible)... i usually play online vs. other players... most of them try & cheese u w/throws & crap cuz they can't win any other way & only wanna boost their win-loss totals & move up in the rankings like the little bitches they are... i just play for the fun of it & when i get my ass beat from someone who's got the combos down pat i can respect that... whenever someone cheeses me i go & cheese them right back.

try practicing on tutorial mode & get down your combos first in always block mode, & then after u get those down, switch the setting for the computer to control the other player... that will give u limitless energy & u can practice getting down all the moves & trying out different combos to see which best works for u in real combat action... i'm pretty good w/Guile, Blanka, E Honda, DeeJay, Bison & Chun Li, pretty much the characters whose moves involve the same Sonic Boom & Blade kick motions on the control pad to get out the special moves... not as good w/Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Cammy, T Hawk, Zangief or Fei Long cuz i seem to have trouble getting out the circular motion special moves on the control pad fast enough, & i rarely ever play Balrog or Vega so i need more practice w/them.

the computer usually exhibits patterns in the moves, for example Ryu almost always fires multiple fireballs at you in sequence, so the key is to be patient & figure out those patterns & then time ur counter moves to get in your hits... & don't get greedy & try to pin the computer in the corner like u might do vs. a lesser human opponent cuz once u start displaying ur own pattern the computer will almost always counter it... also make sure u don't get caught w/the super move by the computer when u'r characters are close & throwing fireballs or sonic booms at each other, cuz that's when they get ya w/that 5 hit super combo that will take u out w/a quickness.

if u haven't tried it yet get ur hands on Guitar Hero 3 Legends of Rock or the new one, Guitar Hero World Tour... awesome collection of songs & really fun party game... don't waste ur time w/Guitar Hero Aerosmith, it sucks.
