How is he any of those players if none of those players ever played as well as he did in Europe, especially at this age? No to mention he doesn't play match up position-wise with them.

I think the Don has considered the Knicks history with drafting Euros. If this is the player he likes at 6 then Ill give him the benefit of a doubt for a couple years. I think Gallinari is the player were taking

That is the only answer. I think we ARE reaching--meaning I believe we couldve dropped back and picked up an asset for our target. For the first move of the new regime you have no choice but to be supportive. No one here knows enough about Danilo--some tapes he looks eh some tapes he looks really good. That is taking into perspective that he is playing against 2nd/3rd rate players. So I hope Gallinari does well for the Knicks and I have no personal opinion on him.

if the level of competition in general overseas is 2nd & 3rd rate in comparison to NCAA kids why have international teams given the US dream teams such a hard time for the past several years? you watched 2 clips of him & pronounced this kid to be a future bust & now you no longer have an opinion on him when it seems Gallinari's stock is back on the rise... very consistent to your pattern.
