Chuck is in his eighties and I'm pretty sure that Jimmie has a great deal of control (shares in cablevision) in his name.
Our best hope is that some of the shareholders who vetoed the dolan's effort to take cablevision private get vocal and demand better performance -
Or- David Stern gets some kind of power to punish Dolan.
