What should he do to improve the team going forward?

don't do anything and just let the contracts fade and hope to get a few high draft picks over time

make a minor deal just to rid the locker room of some guys that "don't understand that their best isn't good enough"

i think the most realistic option is choice A... i'd be in favor of choice B if i had any faith in his ability to get the type of player that this team needs, & unless we're getting a Kobe Bryant i don't see how he's going to make a big splash in a blockbuster move that will really impact this team going forward... i DO NOT wanna see him giving up that pick to land a Baron Davis or Antawn Jamison type player thinking that's the move that will put this team back in the winning bracket.

none of those choices matter as long as we continue on this same course with isiah and dolan... Seriously, at this point, rooting for another team is becomming a viable option, even for us long time fans of 25+ years....

Thats really the truth. Things will never get better until the Knicks are owned by a better person. Dolan is a complete douchebag.

I hear what you are saying, but I could never dump the Knicks and start rooting for another team. As a l,ong suffering Jets fan, I've stuck with the team through Coslett, Clueless Joe, Kotite etc. I'll lose interest in the whole league before I'll root for another team.

My thing with Isiah is he is riding guys that gave up 3 years ago. The dudes care for one another but any group of people that spends a certain amount of quality time with one another will care.

I just want isiah to make a trade involving Curry, Marbs and some other guys and come out and say he made a mistake. Say the these players didn't fit and try something else. I can respect a guy coming out and saying this group though he tried his best to piece top talent....just didn't quite mix well. Try again.

As fans......you can't fool us. At least the dudes that venture this site. I don't think you can continue to put these guys out and expect us to be patient. Its not like these Knicks are really a bottom of the league team. On paper they are an above .500 team. No way you can expect anybody to except that. Not just in ny but anywhere on the planet. If this was in south america or in europe? Msg would have gotten burned down 3 years ago.......that's after the team got batteries, quarters and soiled baby diapers thrown at them during games.

So to me......just sitting and waiting for contracts to expire while hoping and praying the Knicks get a top prospect over the next 2-3 years doesn't sit well.

The knicks could tank though but they should not go about it with this shameless bunch of retards......it starts with Marbs who is already gone and should stay gone.....then curry.....then isiah needs to bench Q. Some how isiah has to get another prospect for the future.

The team as is I simply can't take.......he's got to rid the team of all puss and run the squad with the handfull of players that care........and go from there.

We need to find what malcontents are left to trade for and dump DLee. He is making the team look bad with his hustle and fundamental outlet passes.

I think we need to trade Qrich (he is a team cancer who wants to beat up Marbury and chalange Isiah!!!) and Dlee for Corey Maggette. Corey seems like the perfect fit. He can score, is selfish, and is injury prone.

Im afraid artest might have actually matured to the point he would not implode here. JR smith is a real up and comer but he needs a big contract to inflate his ego before we get him. Is it Josh Smith or childress in in atlanta who is also a real up and coming dickhead.

I think we should just resign to our destiny that we are the leagues suppository of under achieving malcontents and just go with it. Embrace this distinct talent!

I'm convinced it doesn't matter what the hell he does. It's not going to make a damn bit of difference here, no matter how long he's here. He's a complete idiot and a complete waste of all of our time. Just fire the **** already!

I vaguely remember us dragging it all out like this with Layden. The agony! Hopefully dolan will finally pull the trigger soon. I think he needs more proof that we're failing.
I'll never trust this' team again.
Since Isiah looks like he will never be fired.....
