I would be Larry Browning Curry, trying to get him out of town for a veteran proven winner PG(even if he's 80 years old), a defender and a pick(if that was at all possible)
I just hope that people will like me

I swear....just trade Curry for Kwame's expiring and be done with it. Try to get a pick if you can but just fix this disaster before there's no hope there.

If it improves us, wonderful, if it doesn't, it's a good start to tearing it down.

Also, send Marbury home permanently and work on a buy out.

no brainer. The problem with Curry is that if he is not the focus of the offense, he doesn't do anything else.

Lee and Zach contribute in other areas of the game when they are not the focal point.

Unfortunately, Curry is an AWESOME focal point, but when he is out there, the other team knows it as well and they know how to strip the ball, and kill that option, so if they rotate it around, curry disappears.

Hopefully I am wrong, but trading Curry/Marbury for a point guard and shot blocker would change everything going forward...we won't be a championship team, but we will be competing hard night in and night out.

And, we may just win.

The Heat need a big and a point. (i know, i know) but if we could get JWill and Body...never mind.
Let's go Knicks. That's amare

I proposed a trade of Curry for Kwame/Farmar and a top10 protected pick from LA about a week ago. I think it would be a good move.

if we could give them marbury (they need a point and marbury needs a change of scenery) that may just be the fix that is needed.

I'd hate to see Starbury go and not fulfill his quest to deliver a championship to new york, but kobe needs a point guard and a low post presence.

I don't think you'd get a pick back in a trade for Kwame because of Curry's uninsured contract. I wonder if you could get it insured now since he's been healthy for a few years.

I voted for Lee/Randolph, but in reality you would think that teams would send their bigs at us night after night with that lineup. Maybe that happens already though...
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

And what happened to all the people telling me last off-season that we had to start Curry because we had to have a "real" center in the starting 5?

Dude, they aren't trading Farmar for Kidd. There is no way the Knicks are going to get all that for Eddy Curry. The truth is the Knicks would be lucky to get an expiring for Curry, given his contract and halved-assed nature.

The best we could possibly get might be something like a 2 or 3 team deal where an expiring contract and a 2nd round pick come to us and Eddy goes to a team that has no offensive depth. Boston would be perfect.

Yeah, I can understand how hard it would be to foresee poor effort from Eddy! That would take a rocket scientist, or as Fish said, a rocket surgeon!

I disagree Supreme. If you want to say that we aren't getting Farmar for Curry that's fine, he's a fine young PG. I don't think Curry's value is as low as you do though. I am one of Curry's biggest doubters but the fact is a guy his height and can score like he does will always have value around the league.
