i cant imagine this not being settled before the end of the trial. should have been settled months ago. we have no problem paying off polayers and coaches to leave, and for a heck of a lot more $ than what anuchka is asking for. doesnt make sense to me....

This poll seems to be of the juvenille nature I'll pass
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Isiah is innocent like a snake.
Anucha is a b!ch.
Dolan is a moran.
Guess who will pay?

Day two is real interesting.

In my view MSG is guilty of being mismanaged, paranoid, not concerned about money, and have had issues retaining people.

From coaches, to players, to buy outs, and hiring family members its pretty clear they are not a well run company.

I don't even know a thing about Anucha but I do know Isiah has a long history of mismanagement from his divorce from the pistons, his CBA bancruptcy, and the nearly 4 years of knick personel mistakes.

I'd have to paint MSG guilty as I could not imagine them handling this properly. They might be innocent, but you lose the benefit of the doubt when your disfunctional in so many areas.

I feel bad for Mrs Isiah as in a way she has to hear all about this in a court of law and in a way Isiah has to defend himself to his wife as well.

Marbury should provide some comic relief but he too is being tabbed a bully and cheating on his wife. Is it true? It really does not matter to fans but here again he has to defend himself and his wife knows when her man is lying or not.

Anucha is in for a long day as she has to defend herself in such a matter.

I once spent 12 hours in testimoney over two days and was wiped out. It was a financial matter and we won big, but really in the end there was no victory as it was a long, expensive waste of everyones time. Sometimes you have to defend yourself and thats what we did.

If MSG is innocent then the truth will come out and they will be relieved of any financial loss to Anucha but the damage to Isiah's marriage and Marbury's could be substantial. Lack of trust is never good for any relationship, let alone a marriage.

MSG seems like a piece of Sh!t organization and for the life of me can't understand why they just did not pay her off regardless of innocence. They are guilty of so much public incompetence as a corp. I just don't know whey Dolan would allow this to happen. Regardless of the outcome Mills, Isiah and Marbury all will not come out looking good on this.

Maybe thats the desired outcome.

Remember when Dolan and checketts ran a tight family oriented management team and player rosters that charactor was a priority?

I think we could all say we could put up with this kind of embarassment (and others) if the team won but in 4 years Isiah has shown he can boost the salary cap (they paid $60 phuching million dollars in taxes to the NBA last year!) and still be below 40 wins!

Think Anucha would have taken 3 million the day after she was fired to avoid this mess? The way the team pisses away money, why would they not do that?

Is there a nest of other potential problems? I know the Rangers have one coming to court soon, and if MSG shows what a nightmare it is to challange them they might discourage others. Imagine a piece of Sh!t organization that would take this public discgace to discourage more? That is phuched up!

We don't know the truth, but do we not have any MSG/Cablevision insiders who could encrypt some info to us thru a friend of UK????

I think after Anucha testimony it became clear why the thing went to court.
She and her team decided to went all-in with racial allegations and beat Isiah and MSG to the ground.
Forget about sexual harassment... Nobody cares about it but the white/black stuff will be a bomb.
This will get ugly to gigantic proportions...

I wonder how much character reference they can use from Isiah's CBA days to determine his work environment persona.

I think we all kind of suspect there are two Isiahs.

yeah but why shouldn’t there be? the neighborhoods this guy survived growing up in are supposed to have been legendarily brutal. he was allowed by gangs to live because of his basketball talents. think of the ways that can impact a person throughout life, not to mention when crossing through to the stratosphere of multi-multi-million dollar corporate control positions in the brightest of public limelights.

The environment Anucha survived at MSG was also legendarily brutal. She was allowed by Isiah to live because of her talents with balls of another kind. Remember, Isiah lives for pressure and I'm sure she gave it to him.
Sh-t in the popcorn to go with sh-t on the court. Its a theme show like Medieval times.

Here is what concerns me about this case. When OJ Simpson went to court with an almost all white jury he sat quite and never really smiled. He looked humble and serious. He got off. When Mike Tyson went to court and the girl sneaked out of her room to be with him and his word against hers in front of an all white jury. Mike Tyson came off arogant and mr big time. He was found guilty.
It is my understanding that Marbs was a little sarcastic and Zeke thought everything Miss Brown said was funny. That jury will get turned off with that type of behavior. This is serious stuff. There are no winners in this one. Miss Brown will never get a high profile job like this one again. Now from my understanding Miss Brown was no angle. She liked to push people around too. It't just that she met her match with Zeke. They both need to settle like for 3 mil. and move on. The Knicks can tie this up in court for years if she won. So far all of the dirt is coming out against Zeke. I wonder what her lawyers have on her, and I'm quite sure they got something.
If Marbs called her a bitch maybe she should have filed a suite against him.

I didn't vote, because I think this will be settled before the trial finishes and the case goes to the jury.

It may be apparent that both were a bad hire!

But This all really depends on what dolan did. The stupid Phuch will pay for this one.

They Promoted here and gave her good marks then fired her. I think its all gonna boil down to this one.

I wonder if Isiahs contract has some provisions for the outcome of this. If Dolan fries and Isiah is a guilty defendant, is there language in the contract that dolan can can his ass without having to pay him?
