Which franchise big man will put up the superior performance tonight? (Not who do you WANT to but rather who do you EXPECT to be superior)

If Bosh can hit his jumper, it's going to be there for him all night.
Watch out for Bargniani tonight.

Eddy will have Bosh in foul trouble all night long. At least I hope, otherwise we will be on the wrong side of a beat-down.

it's a tough call... it all depends how the G's play... if they make a conscious effort to get the ball inside to Curry downlow & also are aggressive going to the hole & forcing Bosh to rotate to cover the lane, it can result in him getting into early foul trouble... that's how they handled Dwight Howard earlier in the season, & it was very effective.

bottomline is Marbury can't afford to take any nights off at all for the rest of the season if they wanna hope to make the playoffs this year... neither can Curry obviously, but i think it all starts w/Marbury & how he runs this team from here on out that will determine if they make the playoffs or not... whatever Francis gives you will be a bonus, but if Marbury's not playing defense or orchestrating effectively, forget about making the postseason... this team is too shorthanded right now to absorb any 1 guy not pulling his share, & Marbury has to pull the biggest share & lead by example.

Anyone who'd rather have Curry than Bosh had way too much Kool Aid.

Bosh tonight. If we had Lee/Craw i'd vote different.
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

Bosh. Curry may get his though, but besides scoring you can bet Bosh will add more rebs, blocks.

agreed the game was frustrating. Bosh took this round. Bosh is more well rounded than Curry. Bosh plays D, blocks shots, thats where the BIG difference is, also has a j. Curry is all low post, doesn't play great D and doesnt block shots. Curry relies on the guards to get him the ball, along the way he is doubled, at times before he has the ball (they still force the pass in) Bosh is able to receive the ball at the high post and face up to the basket. Bosh doesnt have to worry about running out to defend the knicks big men, no one can hit a jumpshot. The one guy who can hit a jumpshot (FRYE) chooses not to shoot because he is too timid. So bosh stays in the paint to alter all of Marbury's attempts. I'll admit, I am bitter at the moment

Man, if you saw Eddy playing for any other team, would you honestly say, "Let's give up an expiring contract and four draft picks to get this guy!"???

It didn't help that Eddy only had 9 shots tonight.

He REALLY misses Jamal.

honestly i would. He has had a great season, would I have left them unprotected probably not. But judging from what we know, the pick was Tyrus Thomas and the other is to be named. We won't get oden or durant so I would roll the dice on him. Looking at the year in general he has made great strides. He has also shown us where he needs to improve. His DUTY now is to work hard over the summer and come back with something to prove, not only on offense but mainly on defense. Get up and contest some shots, become an intimidator.

He had nine FGAs, eleven free throws, and six turnovers. How many more possessions does he need?

That's the same stuff people have said about him for six years. Eventually you've gotta give it up. It's one thing to think there's a slight *chance* he'll finally improve in those areas. It's another thing to think it's smart to give up tons of assets based on that small chance.
the pick was Tyrus Thomas
Who cares who the Bulls took? We could have taken this year's likely R.O.Y. in Roy, our 2nd rd picks, and this year's 1st rd pick all for about one-fifth the price.

Bonn1997 you're LOST! What the hell are you talkin about? Curry isn't the problem. It's the fact that we're freakin missing 3 Key players to our season. Lee, Jamal and Q are statistically some of our top performers, so you don't think that would have an effect on Curry's game with those guys missing? From what I saw, we're the equal of the Raptors, they are pretty good, but they're also healthy. Bosh is a top young player, but I think Curry is as well, but his game is easier to defend when you don't have the threats on the outside and a guy like Lee protecting his backside.
