Both have to be catered to.

Curry right now is a beast in the post and needs to be fed. I can't see the knicks ever going away from him. He if the franchise. He's gonna get better cuz he wants it, and he has shown the ability to learn quickly. He is the man, whether you guys like it or not.

That brings me to channing. The dude is a good player, but he needs to be babied and catered to just like curry. Frye needs to be taught a couple things to take advantage of his jumper. He needs a turn around. And he needs a face move. He needs a drop step and a move across the lane. These are things that are being taught to curry. Right now it seems the knicks are grooming curry and expecting the team to play off him. You can't argue with that.

Still that means we have to trade frye. Frye is a center. He is not quick enough to guard anybody on the perimeter and he isn't smart enough to handle the 4's of the league. Channing is a 5.

I say the knicks should trade him to Boston and try to get Danny strange to give up gomes, and one of their young guards. Boston would florish with Al Jefferson and channing. The knicks also need a dude like gomes and could really use a guy like Rondo, or tony Allen(when he comes back off acl injury).

Even if someone has to go, how are we going to get rid of them? You can't. Dolan won't allow it.
I'll never trust this' team again.

So why even watch the knicks if they are just doomed?

They're not doomed.

There's always hope.
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

Frye needs to go. Knicks aren't doomed. Frye is a valuable piece to trade. Package him with Nate and we should be able to get a legit starter and maybe a pick. Or maybe just one really good pick.

I think fryes value will get no higher with the knicks.

Its all about how you sell him. The league is changing and frye is a guy that can be a weapon from the 5 spot for a team that wants to play a certain way. Frye is a jump shooting center that probably be more effective if he touched the ball more.

Boston could use frye as a center to go with Al Jefferson and Gerald green. That's a perfect fit for frye. Atlanta could use frye as well since they kinda lost faith in zaza.

The knicks and isiah are at a cross roads. There needs to be a shake up. If curry is their guy and everyone is pissed that curry didn't make it then let's build around him for real and stop ****ing around.

Tada!

I do. Let him come off the bench for a while so he can show how versatile his offensive game is.

^^agreed.

The knicks can benifit from switching **** up on teams and making them go nuts trying to figure the knicks out.

Anyway you look at it though, the knicks can't go on with frye and curry. For the good of the team someone has to go eventually.

Keep all the yoots

I think we all want to, but we can't deny issues. And at some point a decision will be forced upon us.

1.) Can Frye or Lee eventually play SF
2.) If the answer t0 #1 is no than that means that if you keep Curry/Frye/Lee one of the players has to go to the bench for the long-term
3.) If you put one of them on the bench you have to decide if having one of your PF's getting 25 minutes a game from the bench is more valuable than trading that player for a player who can start and help you at another position and get you 35 minutes a night.
4.) If 2 and 3 are correct you have to take into account would Frye or Lee like to come of the bench for the long-term instead of starting elsewhere.

A year or two down the line these will be issues we will be forced to address even if we want to keep the yoots.

I predict that the 2 people who picked me are Bippity and Solace, but it could be Holfresh X2.
