If Marbury's Knee is a serious problem and forces him to miss a lot of games... AND the Knicks implode and suck and dont compete for a playoff spot - does Isiah keep his job?

Yes, he keeps his job because Marbury being out gives him a Pass

No, Dolan fires him because we're all tired of excuses

losing marbury last year didn't seem to win any sympathy for lb's plight.

yeah techincally he should, at least by the standards of the people who think he should keep his job as of now. by that same logic if marbury is to miss a prolonged period of games then the knicks imploding is to be expected and therefore Isiah should not be held accountable.

but truthfully thats how bad this team is. if marbury goes we'll be no better than the grizzlies. even though some of the better teams like the nets and raptors have been able to at least hover around .500 without key players.

Dolan feels Isiah has done a fantastic job, and will name him GM and coach in perpetuity. Marbury's knee is irrelevant as are wins and losses.

Isiah shouldn't keep his job even if Stephon is healthy, so Stephon going out with an injury wouldn't change that one iota.

LB's plight? Do you ever stop being his PR man un OK? LB had alot more going on than Marbury. We won 6 in a row to get to 17 wins.

I bet 1-81 would've gotten Isiah keeping his job. There's not a chance Isiah gets fired, even though any record under .500 should have him fired.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

schedule is tough there's no way we're winning games and making the playoffs. I would be shocked if Isiah isn't fired. We'e going to finish with under 30-34wins no playoffs. Then again maybe that does get him an extension

Actually he should be fired since we won't likely have a starting pg for the rest of marburys tenure because the knee issues are going to persist.....Francis, Crawford, and Marbury are all mediocore or injured and can't really lead the team, although Marbury has made some strides this year.....

Marcus Williams or Kyle Lowry? Might have just been genius to make the sure/safe pick first and roll the dice

nope...if we lose now it indicates we have no future. we believe in the youth and if no marbury means misery, then we have no depth.

go knicks!
Let's go Knicks. That's amare
