Assuming LB is fired and Isiah becomes coach what do you think his plan will be. Granted it will probably change a month into the season, but at least come draft time and start of season. What will the great architect's vision be?

get some veterans like Al Harrington that might help him win right away. Rely heavily on the vets in games

Try to mix the drafted/young guys with a Marbury/Francis backcourt and out score teams

focus on the draft and young guys and keep pushing them out there even if it costs us games

Mostly choice 2. He's not gonna do anything that will cost the team games (which includes playing inferior veterans over superior young players). Not when his coaching rep and possibly job are on the line.

I think he will start out trying to mix and match. He will cater to the team and win a few games. but if we are close to the playoffs I can see him selling his sole to make it there.

I think he will have the ability to do a solid job with the team. But I don't trust that he won't trade young guys to save his future. I think the culture of the team will stay the same as Isiah frantically tries to win games today in order to save his job in hopes that he can strike it big with a big trade at some point. That's the way we've operated for years so I don't see things changing under Isiah. His neck will be on the line. With a good trade we can get in teh mix and be a solid team but without a plan 35 more years of no title and fans dreaming and blaming. That's my prediction. NOw I just sit back and pray for luck.

In other words we will do things day by day instead of having a plan. But if we can get near the playoffs think of how much money Dolan will make.

was he drafted out of college or high school? he seems more a vet in the QRich sense...I thought we were looking for vets in the marbury age range?

in today's nba, 8 years is nothing if you came out of college...I'm looking for age, not experience at this point, and if you are going with experience, atleast let it be on a winning franchise.

I'm sorry, I just disagree with al harrington being a veteran.

Other than indiana, atlanta and ultimateknicks, nobody has even heard of this guy.

Maybe that's why nobody if voting for that option.

like I said...ADP.
