No possible, but if you could take back the Eddy Curry Trade entirely, with Eddy remaining a bull, would you do it?

No, he is still worth the risk at this point. Come this time next season and he still hasn't improved...then I'll answer Yes.

I wouldn't have done it without top three protection, particularly in 2007.

I didn't want Curry- thought sweetney was basically the same thing and wanted to see him develop here- biggest issue I had was the heart thing which to date hasn't been a problem.

I never really thought about the two picks.

Curry has at times shown flashes of being worth what we gave up- I hold out hope on that front.

now make this a KT trade poll and you'll see some hate
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

yeah, i take it back and because of the pick. I expected a little more out of Curry, but i understand it's about the future. That being said, i'd rather have my future be Adam Morrison than Eddy Curry who hasn't proven much in 4 years in the league (and let's stop the "if eddy curry went to college 4 years he'd be the #1 pick" talk because the bottom line is he didn't and that's why he's had so much trouble playing defense and not picking up fouls).

The anticipated hype of any rookie out weights the struggling reality.

Eddys heart verses Adams Diabetes is an even stat.

Eddys a big.

Eddy is almost unstoppable when he is moving and getting the ball.

Adam is ?????????? With Hype. I am not saying the kid can't play.

Eddy Curry sucks!!! The bulls didn't even want him and neither did any other team in the league. Isiah was bidding against himself and now we will live with 2 lottery picks going to the bulls. And by the way Eddy is not unstoppable, he is gross. He can't play D, rebound, shoot or play for more than 25 minutes a game. Just looking at him he looks like a big dumb idiot with no education.
I want to leave something that's going to stand for a long timeI want to leave a legacy,I want to leave tradition.I want to leave an imprint,a blueprint in terms of how people play, and how they coach and how they respond when they put on the Knick uni.

He doesn't suck; teams didn't want him because of his heart which seems to be working out fine. I wouldn't "take back" the trade, we traded crap players for him, and Isiah said if he was in the draft he would be number one. Now, nobody expected us to be this bad that it might actually turn out to be the number one pick, but I still would have done the trade.

What he doesnt suck?? Let me hear the excuses he's not in shape, he's young, he would be the #1 pick if he went to college. The guy has been in the league for 4 years and his game has not improved 50 games into the season under Larry Brown. I gave the guy a chance but he will be an average to above average player in this league. Never will be a superstar thats for sure. Larry Brown called him a franchise player and i'm not buying into that one. Have you seen his offensive game? Has he scored a basket from outside the paint? I might be an idiot but I know what I see on the court.

And you're right to say that after 4 years in the league, he should develop an outside shot- just another weapon. I'm not asking him to put it on the floor from 15 and drive past his man- just pick & pop instead of a pick & roll.

The only roll curry is proficient at is the 'jelly roll'...

Don't you guys listen to Larry? LB is asking him to concentrate on defending, blocking shots, and rebounding--you can't teach the kid everything at once.

He has his entire game to work on after 4 years in the league. He does nothing good right now. I guess all the money we gave him might profit 3 years from now.

^Look at Shaq--he dominated early in his career because of his size and athleticism alone. Shaq has never been able to shoot, if you can force Shaq to take a baby hook or short jumper you are happy to do it! What LB is working on is teaching Curry how to use his size and athletic ability on defense because Curry will always be able over power guys down low.

Before Marbury got hurt, Curry was averaging around 17.5 pts and 8 rebounds during the winning streak. Without Marbury, this team is having a difficult time getting Curry the ball, save for an occasional ally-oop by Craw. Marbury is the only one on the team who would penetrate, draw defenders and dish to Curry for baskets.

When Marbury comes back, you'll see Curry's production go up.
