Jalen Brunson makes Knicks return after injury scare

The Knicks will have their superstar back on the court Thursday.

Jalen Brunson will suit up against the Warriors at Madison Square Garden, the team announced.

The All-Star point guard missed Tuesday’s loss to the Pelicans as he dealt with cervical spasms in his neck.

The Knicks said he sustained the injury during Monday’s win against the Pistons.

“He took some hits in the game. When he woke up this morning he had some spasms,” Tom Thibodeau said of Brunson before the New Orleans game. “He tried, he went through a bunch of treatments and stuff, so we tried to see where he was and just didn’t feel good about it.”

The news comes after Thibodeau told reporters that OG Anunoby was cleared to return to the court for non-contact work.
