Knicks add Fordham standout Khalid Moore to Summer League roster

The Knicks will bring some local flavor with them to Las Vegas.

Fordham forward Khalid Moore will play for the Knicks in next month’s Summer League, the school confirmed, after Moore’s addition to the Knicks’ roster was first reported by SNY.

Moore, an Elmont native who attended Archbishop Molloy High School, played four seasons at Georgia Tech before transferring to Fordham as a graduate student-athlete.

The Knicks’ Summer League slate opens July 8 against the 76ers in Vegas.

The Nets officially extended a qualifying offer to forward Cam Johnson, a source confirmed, giving them the right to match any offer he receives as a restricted free agent.
