I say

1 (followed by 2 and 4)

We play at too slow of a pace (makes it easier to defend)
Randle's style of play (holds the ball)
Our two best players (RJ and Randle) are struggling this season (vs last)
We need a solid/quality PG
Our supporting starters (Fournier, Mitch) don't shoot well enough
Off-season acquisitions made us worse
Thibs doesn't make enough adjustments and isn't flexible with this roster
Injuries to Rose (Noel and Kemba)
Team's defense has regressed
We just can't be better presently - need a talent upgrade

While that would certainly apply - that would be too easy for a poll :)

I asked because how we prioritize our problems is important to being able to solve any of them. Curious to how others see them. Probably could have listed about 20 issues btw

Which is our biggest problem? Depends on who's perspective. Keep in mind, when looking at my answers, I missed the game today. Didn't realize it was on so early.

Me - Roster build. We have too many inconsistent offensive players with inconsistent jump shots and low defensive IQ
Knick Fans - All of the above
FO - Talent that Thibs will play
Thibs - Not enough long 2 way players
