The Defense was incredible. We are so used to seeing and measuring players by offense but this kid made stops and created turnovers!!!!!!
That as amazing. Im going to find a jersey, gift it to a relative. I don't wear another mans number on my back.

Foul shots!! That was a blow out win for knicks if they hit the foul shots!!!!!!
KP faded. He had a real good game and decent 4th put the man fatiques late in games. He has not been back 10 games yet. He'll be fine!!!
Randle was clutch, but game ball goes to frank. Kid is STEPPING UP!

agreed. Foul shots need to be fixed. Good Point about KP. Yes he had a good game BUT he does fade. He also got destroyed by morris and defensively he does struggle a lot. Yes he blocks shots but he also tends to give up a lot of points

You know who would've made that dunk? Mario...I'll always miss that guys irrational confidence.

We focus a lot on Frank's mindset, when it comes to offense. I would give some of the credit for Frank's performance vs Dallas to his improved conditioning. No way Frank would have been able to play those minutes at the pace he was, without getting gassed a lot sooner. Even earlier this season. Some might argue that he should have been given more minutes to begin with. Frank was 18, and wasnt built to play those kind of minutes. If Hornacek, and later Fizdale had, played Frsnk like Barrett. Would likely have run him into the ground. Had serious groin issues from roughly 20 minutes a game.

Late in the game, Frank missed a couple of jumpers. Used to hit the front of the rim, and a lot sooner. Looks like Frank is developing the right mindset on offense, and it looks like his conditioning wont be getting in the way. Looking that way.

This was from an article

It's worth noting that this is the first time in his NBA career that Ntilikina has started four consecutive games at point guard. He said earlier on Friday that the consistent minutes have been helpful

"You just get more experience. There's some stuff you work on at practice, on your workouts, but there's nothing like playing the game, playing rhythm games, tough competition games," Ntilikina said. "So that gives you a lot of experience and confidence on what you work on during practice."

Fiz just needs to give the job to Frank full time and tell him the job is his to lose. If Smith wants to be the starter, he needs to earn it but I think Frank can do so much more if his confidence continues to grow. Franks impact on defense and on ball movement cannot be undervalued. We need that type of defense in the starting lineup.

“Frank Fucked them up”!!!!!! We have seen this before but with 14pts it looks better with a win!
Incremental progress which also called “inconsistency”. He is trending up. Its also that the team is finding itself and executing a game plan. We have seen this but not to completion to a victory. Bulls game was about our guys got hot.

Frank more aggressive. The kid tried to dunk on KP. Thats not an easy feat. Important was his instincts to try and who it was against. Before you start doing great things you have to attempt first. You dont see that in a box score.

It was a good win. Time for Knick fans at least for one evening to be happy. Our trolls of hate seem to sulking in the corner as their cries to fire Fiz at least for one night are tone deaf. I can’t tell the future, but I see a team working hard, not tuning out its coach, and a system being used. We won because Randle Closed on offense and great defense. Now for that foul shooting??? Oye!

Great game for frank, I only saw the highlights but the W is what I cared about.

Its a sad situation for frank because once those other 2 guys get back into the fold, He's back looking over his shoulder, and that sucks.

Like he said, consistent minutes, and a define role makes a world of difference.

I agree that right now he's still a backup level PG.

However, I don't think he needs to be an elite scorer or anything like that. What he needs to be able to do is consistently penetrate and break down the D since he's not going to be a big scorer. He doesn't do that enough yet to be a true starter. Obviously his D speaks for itself.

He should be a starter on this team because neither Elfrid or DSJ are a part of the future here, so we should keep running him out there for big minutes and find out more and more about what we have in him.
