Timmy has to take a good look in the mirror and ask himself where’s the consistency if he really wants to be an all star. All stars don’t put up donuts like this

That he's fallen in love with his 3 point heaves is a problem. I know the 3 pointer is emphasized, but the mid range jumper will keep you in the game. Everyone can't be JJ Reddick.
