Kanter vs Lopez. Advantage Kanter
Frank vs Middleton. Advantage Middleton
THJr vs Brogdon. Advantage THJr.
Burke vs Bledsoe. Advantage Bledsoe
Mitch Robinson (not Lance) vs Giannis

Milwaukee defends well on the glass (#1 in rebounds) and they pass the ball around to get good shots. We will need stellar D from Frank tonight to neutralize Middleton.

On offense, need Kanter to not get frustrated, and keep trying to pound the ball inside for jump hooks. Milwaukee gets 16 fastbreak points per game, to the Knicks 11, so we are not going to outrun them.

Their achilles heel...closing out halves. Knicks absolutely crush teams in 2nd quarters and do much better than Bucks in 4th quarters. We keep it close in the 3rd...and we have a chance, but we absolutely must enter halftime up, not down.

this is going to be a tough game. I don't see enough firepower on our end right now - we've been THjr and Kanter and then nothing, really solid from anyone.

Time to bench Lance Thomas...he doesn't bring much to the table. No offence or defence. Don't really care who replaces him but for a start I'd try Allonzo...I like his offence.

Budenholzer versus THJ. Does coach know how to defend THJ versus does THJ show another gear to impress the old coach who got him back on track (or at least a big contract)

too bad Knox can't play. Much needed depth if nothing else
