There seems to be an effort to push the same old Knicks narrative. The idea that the Knicks didn’t scout Giannis and that it is all over the news. Grunwald was running things then. He signed Amos and Cope. No way he didn’t scout Giannis.

It has been long established that we have one of, if not the most, extensive scouting departments in the world. Also, I'd imagine that it wouldn't always be in your best interest to make a grand entrance every time you attend one of these events. Part of being a scout also involves some behind the scenes background research of potential prospects. Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. More is better and twice as much is good too. Not enough is bad, and too much is never enough except when it's just about right.
