Oak is good guy who likes being an antagonist. He baited Dolan and MSG security. The video at the GSW finals a few years a go when he was asked to leave a game he was telling security "touch me and see what happens". He played like that too, was the enforcer and it was fun. His outspokenness is often for the benefit of the fan.
He basically does not get along with any authority over him. He is business owner and its a good thing for him to be his own boss. His wife is a successful financial advisor and I gather he is well organized financially.
Oak being oak. But there are rules in some places that are not grey areas. Like at a gaming table with video to prove things. I can't see him being locked up but a fine and probation in the form of ban from gaming might be appropriate.
We'll read Oak in a casino at some point in the future as he tests it. He is coaching the three on three league team.
