Some of the guys look unsure...Ive seen Hardaway pointing and directing some of the players to certain positions as if they dont remember the sets...Kanter, Lance and Beasley were all lost at times.

The offense is so bad. Wasting too much time trying to figure out what to do. I just don't get it.

I cant blame Hornacek for this start when we need a quality starting PG like a you know what. Just hope the Knicks dont make any panic moves.
