Derek Harper is the #1 comparison, but I also see some Darrell Walker in him.
Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. More is better and twice as much is good too. Not enough is bad, and too much is never enough except when it's just about right.

I asked this question in the draft thread. I haven't seen him play yet but I hope the answer is Shaun Livingston. They seem to have the same long armed body type.

Speaking of George Hill, isn't he a free agent? I know he's older, but he's still at the top of his game and would make a great mentor for Frank. Frank is big enough to play both guard spots, so he'd get plenty of minutes. Hill would be a great signing if he'd take a 2 year contract.

He's got more range than Livingston, but they have the similar size advantage at the position. Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. More is better and twice as much is good too. LivingLegend suggested CLYDE and I must say that's pretty damn good. Big Combo Guard that's more Smooth than Super Quick. Long and aggressive defender. Team player.

It's hard to compare him with anyone because his offensive skills are really unknown. His shooting sample is so small that you can't really quantify what type of player he will become. We also do not know if he can handle nba pgs. All you can do is look to his physical attributes and how he uses them on defense.

I cant think of anyone who Frank looks like right now. I believe if there is anyone's game he should emulate given his lack of elite speed, its Rondo's. Rondo wasn't what you would call blazing fast, but he was great at keeping his head up, keeping his head on a swivel, and finding open teammates.
Rondo also has a 7 foot wingspan, and makes the most of it defensively. Frank has a long way to go to be in that conversation, but he can surpise a lot of people if he can focus religiously on his passing skills. Talk to Clyde! |
