We have a highly talented bunch. So many guys I want to see do well. I hope the veteran Knicks players all play well and blow out whoever they play then never play again in summer league so we can get the other guys some run

Glad Willy is playing. Hope they sign Baker soon. Dont want him to look too good in SL, if he does play. Hope Frank and Willy work well together. Want to see Frank finding those bigs in the paint.

Very nice group in terms of guys to evaluate and root for.

I see a lot of potential competition here.

Nigel Hayes vs NDour
- My own opinion...if Hayes shows he can hit some J's and stay in front of opponents on D, he might squeeze out NDour. I've always been an NDour fan...but I've always liked Hayes, and if he shows some fire on the court I think we end up keeping him.

Kornet vs Plumlee- Kornet has more polish...Plumlee is more of a warrior. I read something about Kornet discussing an injury that slowed him down during the season...and that he's aware his quickness is an issue. The fact that he was signed to one of those new contracts means the Knicks feel he might be able to play in the NBA.

Dotson vs Randle & Baker(even if Baker is not there) Dotson has been a SG, but at Portmouth and the combine he supposedly showed some ability as a facilitator, and since we know Phil likes large "lead guards," I'm wondering if Dotson is being considered in this way.

Should be interesting...

I'm still a huge fan if Randle.... I want to see him drop 30pts his first game!

One thing we rarely think about is how these guys play during the SL practices. We've had guys on the roster who I've been intrigued by, but they get little playing time. As far as the new non-drafted SL invitees, guys will get playing time based on what they show in practice, and if we see certain players getting more time, that would tell you they're showing a lot more in SL practices.

Agree with EnySpree's comment...I would prefer to see less playing time for the someone like Willy or Baker, if he chooses to play in SL... and more time to see what the new invitees and draft picks can do. With that said, guys like NDour, Randle, and even Plumlee, will have to prove themselves again.

I would think that this would be his last chance to play with the Knicks...He needs a breakout SL or I doubt that we see him in one of our uniforms again.

A lot of fun players to watch. Should be a very fun summer league. Dotson, Artis, Kuz will all let it fly. Jaramaz will push the pace. Laybrie will be interesting how much he developed.

I have expectations for Willy to be a contestant for MVP but we will see how much they let him play.

Works for us too, dont want Baker showcased. I guess Willy did show enough, and he made All Rookie. Would have liked to see him work on his D, at least have a look at his progress.
