Melo Trimble has such fantastic potential to be a bucket in the NBA. Can score in many ways. Has some really nice athleticsm. and is a great passer of the ball. Would fit the triangle like a glove as a scorer. Really annoying we don't have a pick this year. Oh well, I watched Grant all of last year and thought we had no chance of getting him, but Phill worked his magic and got him.

Watching Maryland play reminds me of how badly the Knicks need to start getting easy buckets off of fast breaks

Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

I dont think the draft much past the top few slots is that great this year. Really focusing on guards---Im looking on guys who are athletic on the nBA level who can shoot and have well rounded games. Im focusing on pick 40 and down through undrafted

Here's a second round prospect who is off most people's radar. Jack Gibbs, probably Davidson's highest rated recruit ever (Curry was a two star guy, Gibbs was three star). Gibbs was the #1 PG in Ohio his junior year in HS but was injured his senior year, somewhat under-recruited, and landed at Davidson. He had a few injuries his freshman and sophomore years at Davidson but he's played well, and played better against better competition, when he's played. He's a junior this year and he's having a pretty solid year, averaging 25 points and maybe 5 assists and leading a winning team. He's short, maybe 5'11', but he's quick, smart, strong, hardworking, and like Curry can go to the basket or drop 3s. I don't think he'll make into the first round next year but he's gotten better with every game he's played in college and, barring injury, I suspect he's going to end up on someone's NBA roster for at least a couple years, drafted or not. He scored 41 (14/17 FG, 6/7 3s,7/9 FT)in front of Curry the other day:

Ive already seen the other 5 multiple times and like all 5 especially Valentine and Gbinjie. Id probably take Valentine with a low lottery pick but so far he is not prognosticated to go that high. Ive locked Ben Simmons as the number 1 pick for the season wheres dragan bender - the croatian big man playing in israel - on this list? to me hes a top 5 pick. also i think jamal murray is WAY too low on your list BRIGGS. all of this is way too early since they havent started conference play. looks like its gonna be a weak draft though. but ill list my top 10. in my opinion, heres the top 10 that i have seen: 1. ben simmons - lefty 6-10 PG who cant shoot Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

Shameless plug forthcoming and slightly off topic...
Living in Oklahoma (low population, oil wells, cows, chickens, tornadoes and the middle of flyover country) with top five teams in both college football and basketball (admittedly with a long way to go) is pretty decent. |

Im kind of on the Marcus Paige bandwagon for the Knicks. He has the things in his game that we dont have from the PG. Hes got incredible body control he controls the dribble hes got a beautiful shot--hes a very nice passer good driver. Hes going to be discounted. I dont know how much we can get into the draft???
but if players stay down so to speak because of senioritis Id be interested in Gbinjie David Walker Valentine Paige and Adams(all seniors) Can we pick up a late 1 early 2 again? well have to see. RIP Crushalot😞

From what I have seen from Paige he looks like a really great shooter and passer. His defense is a bit shaky don't you think? His athleticism and how that translates into the NBA is questionable though... The Future is Bright!
