well... yes. apparently you get rewarded a guaranteed contract for perceived achievement-- scoring titles and first round appearances (never mind the bounces) instead of the work at hand. that puts an awful lot of pressure on the recipient. doesn't seem fair to me but hey that's life when you are a burgeoning tech mogul trying to maintain your brand.
