Whats left is exploring a deal for a PF using the glut of guards that we have to obtain one and balance the roster. If Shump and JR aren't part of the future, they are expendable and should be used to fill a need.

Its funny hearing that when we have 2 players eating 35 million in salary cap on the roster , wait not funny sad

And we might still need a Center if we don't get a rugged Young PF who can give us 30+ mins

We have a couple serviceable Centers , but yur right the problem is are PF's can't defend or rebound worth a damn.

You don't make trades for the sake of trading, you make trades to upgrade. You don't do stupid trades like ariza for steve francis, or KVH for tim thomas. You don't trade one of your better guards for a half ass sf/pf thats one demenssional (solid rebounder or defensive guy)

Thats why I'm glad phil is know idiot

Come on now J.R. is doing work these days

I want to apologize to whoever said J.R. should have played in the Summer League to pick up the triangle

You were right

Miami needs players. They specially need a SG to backup Wade that can score. I would send JR Smith there for their 2015 1st Round pick and a future 2nd Rounder. Should be the going rate since Asik was able to fetch Houston similar value.

Cleveland has their 2015 1st rounder

If this was being offered don't you think he would have been gone eons ago?

You will never get this for Smith

Dude. This is a forum. Kinda like barbershop talk. I said that I would send JR to Miami for a 1st rounder and not reporting that this offer was made.

Then you're not seriously trying to get rid of Smith and must have an affinity for him

A 1st round pick or another player would have to accompany Smith to dispose of him

It's so Ironic that JR's transformation going from 11ppg 42%fg and 34% DT, to (as soon as phil got hired) getting inserted into the starting line up and avg 18ppg 47% fg and 39% from DT (16-6). A focus JR is worth more than anyone would want to give up right now.

He'll be much more valuable in febuary

But that's kinda like saying "If somene offered me free pizza I would eat the F out of it" or "If Adriana Lima was naked in my bed I wouldn't say no".
