vogel is a really good coach. I am a fan of woodsons but he needs to be more then the guy that followed the worst coach ever
Phil Jackson on whether Melo has to change way he plays: I think we have to change some of the people around Carmelo

The trade rumors are just bothering us.

No, we're missing Felton, Amare, Shumpert, Sheed, Baron. Once he's back we'll be fine.

I'm in favor of hiring a young enthusiastic head coach with a good offensive mind and is able to motivate his entire team to give max effort on D every night

I'm sick of inleague retread coaches

Time to change the formula

I dont like Vogel but agree he is a good coach, talks smack and has his guys with an edge
like old school pacers Vogel knows alot of nba teams dont like his guys and this works when u win & accept challenge

Knicks Woodson ..more and more got alot of nba teams which dont care for ny and know you bang em then hang em'
Knicks dont fight back and also do not use the fact teams come to Knicks gym even Wolves and Cavs to knock off ny

NY is pathetic and better wake up
its slipping away fast

dont think they can recover cause demeanor on team is soft.

Dolan sets the ton. He rather go after Lenny, Larry & Curly

i was devastated when walsh hired dantoni over jax. Thibs just fit the profile of a guy that would emphasize d and keep the knicks winning

It was Walsh's only mistake.

Haven't you been vehemently defending the great Mike Woodson? Almost to try and prove how much better than D'Antoni he is when he really isn't. They both suck in their own way.

Thibs would not be able to do anything with this team pertaining to defense.

dude. I respect the real fans like you who come to each and every game thread and live and die with this team.

kudos.

Thanks man. I feel the same same about those fans too. Win or Lose I am here. I just can't believe this is what we have going for us after tanking for 4yrs under Walsh and Dantoni and striking out on Lebron. This is what we have after over a Dozen years of being the laughing stock of the league.

I agree with both of you. We waited 12 years of misery for this garbage

We need a starting PG we can count on game in and game out.

Woodson is a moron. Kidd has been stinking it up since December, but he continues to keep slow butt in the game. Kidd and Novak are non defensive specialist. Both guys are hurting us when they are on the floor.

With Felton out for more than a month they didn't have much choice.

I am talking about right now. Felton's been back since beginning of this month, and Kidd still stinks. He is getting runoff the court every night.

Its not like Kidd was going to bounce back in a couple of weeks. I put the PG woes on Felton more than I do Kidd since he is the starting PG.

I totally disagree. This funk is on Woodson. He makes absolutely no adjustment in games and game to game. Our offense right now looks like Woodson's Hawks.

Thibodeau can make a defender out of anyone. Look at Bellineli in Chicago.

It looks worse than Woodson's Hawks. Those were 50+ win teams

Knicks looked like absolute trash last night as a whole. It's not the end of the world but I don't like the recent STRING of losses at all. We get TOR next which will be a tough game. I'd hope the Knicks actually show up.

As for Woodson, he has done a great job overall and whining about him, at this juncture, seems silly to me.

So we suck on D out on the perimeter and now in the paint as well. This game was painful to even listen to.

Some positives:
1) Tyson's double double. Brings back warm memories of DLee. In that same, fundamentally meaningless way.
2) JKidd is happy no one got hurt.
3) Our assistant coaches are getting T'd up.

Don't expect animals to stampede or tap dance as you approach.
