This guy getting healthy and starting to contribute is HUGE for this team. He can keep Lin's minutes down while still allowing the team to function at a high level.

4 pts 8 asts and a steal in 15 minutes!!! That's the kind of stat line that we need off the bench. He was also into it on D. The stronger he gets the better. You can see his feel for the game coming back little by little.

He's a super backup that's only getting better. Everything is coming together at the right time.

Dear Cleveland, you can keep Sessions. We're set.

Baron is a beast and his defense is underrated. He dribbles a lot but unlike td its to set up a pass. Definitely not a ball hog. Lin's emergence was a blessing because he didn't have to rush back.

Who would have thunk it coming into the season? Davis's importance will really be needed down the stretch of the seaons nf into the playoffs...

the Knicks might get the most production from point during 48 minutes in the entire league

We went from ZERO PG's to now having 2 high level PG's!!! I can't believe this is the Knicks we're talking about. It feels like we haven't had good PG play in forever, even tho it was just last year.

Agreed. I've said for a while now that I think before the season is done, Baron will single-handedly win us a playoffs game or two.

It's great to have two facilitators at the point.

That said, it's still a steep drop from Lin to Baron. But nowhere near as steep as the drop used to be.

Missed the game and I'm waiting to catch the 60 minute recap. Does it look like Baron is regaining his quickness? He only took one three-pointer. Was he driving in the paint?

not one thing I could pin-point, just looked more comfortable and less hesitant. Getting his legs back, definitely a ways to go still. No strength in jumpshot but can dribble-drive.

He is so strong and big for a PG that he will still finish well over most guards without the early 2000s BD athleticism. Crafty Crafty Player

he was doing that sort of gallop-dribble. he drove to the rim once, made some good passes. made some reckless passes.

don't forget he played ON the cavs last year, so there's a comfort level there. he knows the way byron scott defends, etc. it was an improvement from baron, but still a ways to go.

this. And he sees the court sooooo well.

Against the likes of Miami he may falter in his not-100% shape, but against most other teams, he'll do OK for now.

Watching the replay in the second quarter and Davis just lunged for the ball as the Cavs were bringing it up court and and it didn't phase him. For someone with a back injury, that's a great sign and a big deal. He really dove for that ball.

Cool. 15 to 20 minutes from BDiddy will go a long way in preserving Lin.

Don't remember any reckless passes..didn't he have zero turnovers?

Man I really wanna see this team for a season or two..everyone..Novak, JR, Baron...well except TD. Rooting for a team a continued roster for a full two years would be great. hasn't been the case for a long long time.

Baron was pinpoint with his passing today. fantastic. 8 assists off the bench is no joke, especially when the starting PG got 13!
