Delhi is my base - sister and family live there. We did Jaipur, Jasalmaer, Cochi and Goa most recently. 1 more week in Delhi and I am back home. Been a long visit.

Quite nice. I would also recommend the Taj Mahal if you haven't seen it. I passed on it for years and finally saw it my last trip(2008) and was blown away.

If you are somewhat into Indian spirituality, the Kumbha Mela is going on in Haridwar, a couple hundred miles north of Delhi on the Ganges River. Literally millions of people are there. But go with someone who knows what they are doing for your health, safety and enjoyment. The evening arti(fire) ceremony to the Ganges is awesome.

Enjoy your time there. You aren't missing anything special with the Knicks.

oh, we did make it to Agra to see Taj, one day trip out and back. Unfor I was sick that day so we kinda had to cut the whole visit short. Luckily I have only had a very slight version of the Delhi belly.

Been a good trip. I have been to Sri Lanka before so it wasnt too much of a cultural shock for me - and I have been to other East Asian countries.

Going with Dad and sis and her young one has limited our trip some but I think the highlights have been good enough.

Apparently I haven't missed much with Knicks games over the past 5 weeks. lol

Cheers!

It would be nice to be able to Private Message other members.
Any chance of that?

I know that this costs money so it is appreciated either way.

This is a nice site, it gets good traffic and a bunch of posts,

I hope people use the 'Offtopic' forum more though, because General discussion
is usually the gem of most message boards.
Thanks again Martin & great job with the site.
Andrew as well although I have not yet had words with him.

I for one, am happy with the site exactly as it is. martin and Andrew are gods among geeks.
Clean, easy to navigate. It's like a beautiful, hot, nymp-ho who's constantly running specials yet manages to keep her blood tests clean.

Or something to that effect.

Although I think some mildly sleazy strip joint ads might some sort of cash flow to this enterprise.
Although then work might block the site, and I'd have no reason to go to work anymore.
I hate looking for work.

I have to admit Martin, I do enjoy seeing everyday just how many useless threads there will be in the Knicks forum

We used to put links in duplcate threads pointing to the more original threads.

(Suppose somene started a thread about "send closk". ) We'd add a post like this:

Already discussed here: http://www.ultimateknicks.com/forum/topic.asp?t=38638

(For example.)

Hello

I was curious if you got my email yesterday.

There isn't a link for it, just the address, so I hay to type it in to my gmail page, so I might have typed it wrong.

If you didn't get it, let me know & I'll try again.
Thanks.
