i'm looking for the nets to win tonight because i think they are a better home team than what they have showed.

i really don't want to watch this next game but i guess i will. i want to see malik rose throw one down in mutombo's grill again.

this series is turning out to be a battle of the point guards

all those years as a fan and now i'm the anti-knick. life is crazy aint it.

The Spurs will win one of the next two games and close it out at home. They are the better team.

Weekend dude... don't post on weekends.

I thought about it... I said to my wife, "maybe we should leave our weekend in Napa Valley so I can go home and talk about game two with Playa"... (rolling eyes, shaking head)

Now I know why you're on the left coast! (shaking my head and scratching my butt) I could be wrong but I believe I have seen many names on here during the weekends! Playing Collins over Williams and Mutumbo is a joke, Scott should have his head examine..by Knicks doctor Norman Scott so he could recommend the white jacket for him.

Dikembe Mutombo double dares ya, Malik Rose. Rose put a thunderous dunk over Mutombo in Game 3. Mutombo's pride fought back: "I'm just gonna ask him to bring that dunk again, try to see if he can beat K-Mart with one step and come again. I'll be waiting." I still don't believe spurs are better than the nets they just have one more victory so far. I wanna see clones dissect spurs after tonight's game

playa i hope mutombo hurries up and has that 20 point 18 rebound 7 block shot game that you keep thinking he is gonna have because ...you are starting to look like you are the one who needs to have his head examine...if you think mutombo will have an impact on this series any more than lucious harris will.

the nets go as jason kidd go it seems to me but i could be wrong.

Prod, I see you have it all wrong.... misconception. What I expect form Deke is this, altering shots, 3-4 blocks taking rebs from duncan and scoring garbage points with an occasional up and under move to keepem honest. In game two he did just that in 20 minutes and ARES was looking for Jonny Cochran to get him out of the mess he was talking about Deke not being a factor.

Nets win one game, Kidd plays well. Nets lose 2 games, Kidd stinks. Do the math, boys and girls.

I said it after game 1, the Nets win or lose based on Kidd. They lose the PF battle every night. If Parker outplays Kidd, NJ has no chance. IF Kidd outplays Parker, the game is still close.

.. both of the games Nets lost... KMART was in foul trouble... game Nets won, he wasn't... do the math boys and girls.

It's a combination of the two.

AHH let me tell you the truth, these journey men role players played to their level and not over their heads. ROSE 0-9, PARKER 1-12,JACKSON 1-9 , BOWEN 2-9. Mutumbo did just what I said , for 21 min 4 pts 3 blocks many altering shots 4 rebs, two offensive. Aaron Williams and Deke instead of Collins tells me Scott has been put on notice by Thorn, WILLIS REED and THE OWNERS. How could he justify playing Collins over those two? If Deke plays in game one early on jersey wins game one too A veteran plays over a 2nd yr center in 1st big game of series against to 7ft veterans= no brainer!I know how this team plays, too bad many of you all are looking really silly right now saying the spurs were Far Superior. 2 MORE WINS AND Jersey will have two World Champions in pro sports in the same season. Pike said Parker was clutch "MONEY PLAYER" yea 1-12 in jugular game ain't clutch son. Rose tried to bring it to Deke and almost lost his arm. Prod and ARES BRAG on a limited role player (ROSE) as if he dunks every game or something . Duncan hates playing against MUTUMBO, "FACT" DUNCAN'S SHOOTING% IS 20 % LESS WHEN DEKE IS ON THE COURT THAN WHEN HE IS ON THE BENCH... DO THE MATH! And you guys think I should listen to you critque how Deke is not a factor for the NETS! No Soup 4 U. Jefferson went to the hole and dunked on ole man Willis MAKING his teeth almost come out. Nets will be the Champs! ANGRY CRICKETS TODAY..... listen

Nets played really great last night, although the score doesn't show it. Byron getting a lot of respect (from me, at least) for showing the willingness to make adjustments on the fly. The move to put Kittles on Parker for stretches was an obvious one, but some coaches wouldn't have done it.

Kmart talked big at the end of the Finals last year when he, rightfully so, ripped KVH an new ahole for not bringing it. Glad to see he's backed it up this whole season and carried it all the way to the Finals. We, as fans, give RJ (great game last night) a little leeway cuz he's only a second year player, but forget this is only kmart's third season. It was funny to hear the immediate comparison to Charles Smith on that play last night. I almost groaned out loud.
"I'm not Charles Smith, man. I'm Kenyon, Kenyon don't quit or back down from anything," Martin said.

I had NJ in seven at the beginning of the Finals (Six if they won game 1). Yeah, I have them winning it at the SBC center. I think they just may have it in them.

I've been watching NJ since the days of Bernard King, so while I'm not REALLY an NJ fan, I'd love for them to win it all just to stick up Dolan and LayDUMBs ass. This is a team that won 26 games 2 years ago. Look at the difference that good ownership, management (which leads to getting good players) and coaching can make. None of which the Knicks (48 wins 2 seasons ago) have.
