Byron Scott had a chance to watch how Dallas put pressure on role players for SanAntonio to perform AT A HIGH LEVEL. SanAntonio role players has never seen all the media all the drama that goes along with NBA FINALS. Another point Spurs are timid at home and usually can't meet the expectation of the crowd to perform for 4 qtrs. Kidd will draw Bowen and many help defenders and will distribute accordingly on the break. Duncan will get his stats but will be confused on why his teamates aren't reliable at crunch time.Byron Scott won't allow Kerr to beat him with set shots, he will put a guy in his mug if he comes to play like "MR LOGO" Jerry West. Jersey is hungry from last yr's debacle from the hand of the "FAKERS". Ginobolli finds out, jersey has a lot of guys who can run like him and defend( he will be shocked) GREAT SERIES THOUGH! Dikembe come off the bench and causes a little trouble from guys doing their lay up drill the had against Dallas.

Thats a pretty good analysis Playa. I like the Nets' horses down low in Collins, A-train, and Deke, as well as K-Mart and even Veal(Scalabrine) can bother Duncan a bit. They got plenty of fouls to give.Ginobili will have his match in athletcism in Jefferson or Lucious Harris. Ginobili will be fun to watch though in the run and gun style, if the Spurs oblige to get up and down with the Nets. This is a great series, im siked. Nets in 5

Game 1 will be tough call. If Scott goes 1st quarter jugular like he unleashed againt pistons, Spurs may not have enough to recover we will have to wait and see........Watch out for Malik Rose!

Well Kidd was cold and Byron Scott laid an egg. Mutumbo earned his way when he blocked duncan shot and dove on the court for the lose ball and scott acted as if he wanted spurs to win.Duncan was a man and Parker grew a set in game one. Next gane should be just the opposite.

Ratings more games you go David Stern!

Gony even you would have played a veteran like mutumbo against vets loke Robinson, Scott didn't coach he just let guys play. Give it a break, so if anybody comes ion here and say they would have kept collins in over Mutumbo hustle play is a liar.

Gony this is Ice, i retired the ice, can we expect any thing different creating a thread nets WILL win tonight. they get there azz beat and myron as ususal creates scape goats. Man the spuirs just beat the nets. mutumbo couldnt save them, he got one block big deal he cant guad tim. Spurs in my mind are just better. myron needs excuses, he needs scapegoats.

I picked the Spurs in 7 but, if Byron Scott doesn't adjust... if he stubbornly continues to single team Duncan, this series will be done in 4 or 5.... he MUST double Tim.

Ice I see you're bait has gotten weaker since we have a moderator. LOL. Spurs dominated , but did the lay off hurt jersey? Yea I thought no one would argue Scott layed an egg by keeping only scoring option (Martin) on bench and only true defender (Mutumbo) on bench. Cmon fellas anybody would have made those changes , even stubborn ARES!

playa needs excuses like a fish needs water. dallas double teamed duncan and got waxed three games at home. as much as i hate to say it spurs are the best team this year PEERIOD. Playa stop kissing the moderators azz.

playa: nets will be lucky to win a game. They have no real size, outside of Mutombo, Kenyon is expending too much energy having to guard Duncan and Tim is still getting his. Robinson is playing well and parker is outplaying Kidd so far.. Plus the nets can't hit any outside shots..

Doesn't look good bra...

Ares, I know. Once a fool alwasy a fool! When things don't go his way, it is becasue there is a conspiracy in the owrld against him. That must be it.

The Nets got all this way without using Mutombo for a reason. Mutombo will see more time as the series unfolds, I would guess but NJ did not lose because of that. They lost because KIDD SUCKED last night, pure and simple.

I thought that NJ would win this series before it started. They go thteir asses whooped last night, real bad. If they don't start playing, it will be over before it begins.
